We will provide a link to your dedicated client services portal, where your customers can report issues. All client queries are typically addressed on the same day (maximum within 2 business days).

  • If a check needs to be cut, we will notify you and help resolve the issue from start to finish. You will never have to make a call or respond to anything (unless you choose to).
